Who we are
AAH Aesthetics & Beauty (“we”, “us”) is a medical aesthetics clinic based in Newport, Gwent. For privacy questions, contact jody@aahaesthetics.uk.
What we collect
When you use our website enquiry form, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, treatment interest, and any message you send. If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we will also process the information you choose to share.
Why we use it
We use this information to respond to enquiries, arrange consultations, and provide our services. We process enquiry data based on your consent and/or our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up, unless a longer period is required for clinical or legal reasons after you become a client.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Website enquiries may be processed using Microsoft 365 email services. We only share data with service providers who help us run the clinic, or where the law requires it.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may ask to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent where we rely on it. To exercise these rights, email jody@aahaesthetics.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
